I run a small number of homes the way I would run my own.
Premier STR started from a simple belief. A home is looked after best when one person actually knows it, so I keep the list short and stay close to every home on it. That is the whole idea, and it is why owners stay with us for years rather than months.
I set the rates. I answer the guests. I coordinate the cleaning and the turnovers. I know each home and the people who own it. When something needs attention, it reaches me, not a queue. Every month the owner receives a clear statement, and I am a call or a text away whenever they want one.
We work directly for homeowners, not for a platform and not for a franchise. My aim is that you can own a rental without it feeling like a second job.

We work out of Tampa Bay and keep every home within driving distance, close enough to be there in person when one needs us.
Tampa and St. Petersburg, Treasure Island and Clearwater, and south toward Sarasota.
