Onboarding

It begins with a short, private conversation. Tell us about your home, and we reply personally within one business day. If it is a fit, we handle the setup for you: listings created and optimized on Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com, professional photography coordinated, and listing copy written.

Step 02

Pricing

You approve the calendar and the rates. From there we price your home against the ones it actually competes with, and move rates for events, seasons, and the quiet weeks most calendars sleep through. Block dates anytime for personal use. Your home, your rules.

Step 03

Hospitality

Every guest is met with a considered, five-star stay: all guest communication, check-ins, cleaning coordination, and reviews, handled around the clock. It is the reason our homes hold a 4.9 average rating.

Step 04

Reporting

Each month you receive a clear statement on occupancy, nightly rate, and revenue. You are paid monthly, and Nick is a call or a text away whenever you want one. You see the statement, not the work.

When you request an asset review through our form, we collect your name, email address, property location, and any information you choose to share about your home. We do not collect payment information on this website.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your request and determine whether Premier STR is the right fit for your home. We do not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Communication

By submitting a request, you agree that we may contact you by phone or email regarding it. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email or calling us directly.

This website uses Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta tracking pixels to measure site performance and advertising effectiveness. These services may use cookies. We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to follow up. To have it removed, contact us at nicktrier@premierstr.us.
